This is an optional bolt-on to BEMA Health and Safety’s metal Health and Safety packages.

With our Health and Safety Packages, we supply all your documentation on a web-based portal.

However, you must give your staff easy access to certain documents, such as Risk Assessments, Safe Working Practices, and Health and Safety Policies.

We will supply an indexed folder for all the documentation your staff must access. If you have regular Health and Safety Visits, we will update them with any new information when we visit.

If you don’t have regular visits, we will upload it to your portal and send you instructions on how and where to install it.

Why do we offer this service?

It has become clear that many of the sites I work on are eager to make a good impression on their staff, but running their businesses gets in the way.

We always provide clear instructions on what the company needs to do to meet compliance. However, despite their best intentions, this step is not always completed.

This is because it is very labour-intensive and time-consuming, and let’s face it, being a business owner is not an easy job, with constantly juggling time, staff, payroll, and other factors.

When I asked the directors or owners if they would like me to resolve it, I received a 100% response.

We will be doing the same approach with COSHH. Watch this space. COSHH takes a long time to complete, and it is not one of my favourite tasks, but we will do it to support you in your ongoing quest to remain compliant.
