Overview
When purchasing a Health and Safety support package, you are signing up for a minimum of a year’s subscription. If you later change your mind, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase.
If you use any of our services as part of the package in the first 30 days, you will incur charges. These charges will be for the standalone service. These charges will be at the cost price.
We offer refunds for training courses up to 14 days before the course commences.
We are a not-for-profit organisation and only wish to recover costs to the business we have already incurred due to premature cancellation.
Refunds
We understand that cash flow is a significant issue for small businesses. Therefore, we always pay our suppliers promptly. The same practice applies to refunds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Our standard return guarantee covers sale items. However, if the sale is due to a late booking for a training course, we cannot offer a refund. An exchange is also not possible.
Late bookings are reduced to recover some of the costs for empty spaces, usually at cost or below cost price..
