At BEMA Health and Safety, we strive to bring fully inclusive training!
I have first-hand experience with Depression, so I try to make my courses fun and light-hearted.
This will not fix your depression, but it can help you escape the feeling linked with depression; a depression holiday is a welcome break (been there, done that).
Likewise, a training course can show many challenges for people with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent conditions.
Although I haven’t personally been affected by this, I understand some of the challenges that you experience.
Because of this, from my research, direct from the mouth of the neurodivergent, at BEMA, we have a quiet room to regulate overstimulation (this is still in progress). and I always have fidget devices for stimming in the classroom.
I initially bought the fidget devices to loan out, but they have been so well received that I have let them keep them.

With the recent decision by the UK Supreme Court (at date of posting) about the definition of the terms “Man” and “Woman” being the sex they were at birth, at BEMA, we appreciate that this will be a difficult time for people affected by this.
At BEMA, we have gender-neutral facilities, and we will help you feel confident in being yourself.
We also understand that some wish to go unnoticed and just do their own thing. That’s OK as well; we are here to support you either way.
Many groups don’t fit into what is perceived as normal. At BEMA, we don’t judge, we encourage you to be yourself. At BEMA, you are in a safe environment.
We continually challenge discrimination!
The reason for this post is to ask for help
I do a lot of research, and I am a member of many groups to get first hand information.
But I am always willing to learn, please share any tips you have to support your particular challenges and those of friends and family.
Please like and share this post to extend its reach and share the support with others in your network.
This is one of the first slides in my training presentations, every little helps.
