Health and Safety Management Portal

We now have a portal to access your health and Safety Documentation.

The days of searching through directories on your shared drives to find your documentation are over.

You now have all your documentation at the click of a button, gone are the days navigating your directory structure to find your asbestos survey with the HSE breathing down your neck.

The portal is included with all our “metal” health and safety support packages.

Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Database

With all our “metal” Health and Safety Packages, you are automatically enrolled in the COSHH database.

We ensure, to the best of our ability, you have the latest Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for any harmful substance on your site.

Our community who have had a COSHH audit completed by BEMA Health and Safety immediately benefit,

For every COSHH risk assessment we do for you we will add your company to the SDS Database for that chemical.

If another company has a COSHH risk assessment done for the same chemical and we find or receive an updated SDS, we will automatically update all the companies’ portals with that chemical.

We will be able to update the COSHH risk assessments that go with the SDS shortly.

Because of the extra work involved, this service will have an additional fee, but as with all BEMA Health and Safety services, it will not be prohibitively expensive.
