The Health and Safety Executives visited one of our member sites. I am now covering an area that was on my slow burner.

I’ve attached a link to a form. It needs to be completed by everyone who uses chemicals regularly on your site. There is also a poster from the HSE highlighting what to look for.

The poster needs to be printed in colour to be effective.

Before distribution, you can pre-populate the form with the required information, like gloves, metalworking fluid, company details, etc.

The details from this form must be kept for 40 years and repeated annually.

This form will be completed here for the apprentices of companies that have apprentices at BEMA. A copy will be sent to you for filing.
